JIRA's rich-text editor automatically removes my anchors in the Description field!

I have anchor points in my Description fields, denoted as:

{anchor:myanchor}

 However, when I edit the Description field using the rich-text editor, the editor automatically removes all my anchors!

My JIRA is of version JIRA v7.2.3.
