access_problem_1.jpgaccess_problem_2.jpgHi, we upgraded from JIRA Core 7.4.2 to JIRA Core 7.12.0. When I attempted to start JIRA back up I got the first screenshot where it said to run the config.bat file. When it is run I get what is in screenshot 2. It doesn't accept the Java version even though it is > 1.8.0. How can this be resolved?

Hi @Matthew Findlater

I'm not sure why the config tools gives you this error, but you can manually update the database settings to match the new driver by following the following documentation.

Let me know if it helps,
