JIRA threads grow uncontrollably with lots of Analytics threads in Timed_Waiting state

we are getting this error in our log scans and based on the KB (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-threads-grow-uncontrollably-with-lots-of-analytics-threads-in-timed_waiting-state-860231362.html?utm_medium=logScan&utm_source=STP) this is realated to Tempo Plugin (*com.segment.analytics*)

We are not using the Tempo Plugin. Anyone face the same issue and resolved this?
