JIRA url for http request

Hello,

From jira, i am sending the http request to backend using automation rule but getting 403 forbidden error.

Backend application team is asking for the jira url from where the request is triggered so that they can unblock it in their end.

In this case which url i need to provide, is it jira base url - https://xxx.atlassian.net?

Give them https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/

403 is Forbidden Error received when you don't have access to a particular folder/url.
