Is it possible to have more than in connecting points(transition end or start) for a workflow state?

Yes, you can have as many incoming or outgoing transitions as you need. 

Although too many of them may confuse the diagram, you can always add them in the text mode editor.  The diagram will share the connection points when it has to.
