JIra Dashboard Sharing.

Hello,

 

Basically, my client shared her Jira dashboard with three users - 3 added shares. One of them is fine as she is able to see their dashboard and they can see hers. But the other two give this error  "The filter configured for this gadget could not be retrieved. Please verify it is still valid on the issue navigator.", which is pretty weird as she can see one of them. The other two also cannot see her dashboard..

Can you please make suggestions on what to do?

Are the underlyling filters for the dashboard  shared?
