Why when I select "WBS Gantt chart" in the help section does no button turn up? This is the second day in a row I have tried this and had the same result.

I keep choosing "Jira core" as a work around as the lets me submit a question (i.e. the button turns up).

Hi Tony,

Why not just contact the Vendor directly?

thanks for the tip, I am new to the Jira eco system etc not sure how it all operates.
