JIra issue fields mapping with layout

I am Using Service Rocket connector for Salesforce and Jira Integration.
I need to bind a custom version picker( Single List) type field in JIra with Multipicklist field in SF.


it is not appeared in Layout in SF

its a version picker single list field.

Array of version is supported.. then why not this is supported ?

also : in the label type field in jira... we can add label as well as can see old ones in list (custom label type field) why we can not do the same in sf ?

Hi Varsh, 

In order for the custom version picker field to appear in the SF component, you'll need to make sure that the Salesforce and Jira fields are compatible (Fields compatibility matrix). So, it would be great if you can share a screenshot of the mappings you have set.

• In Jira, go to Salesforce > Bindings > Your Bindings > Mapping > Your Mappings > Full screenshot.

I would also like to note that option and lists field types the mappings are usually format-sensitive.
