JQL Fixed Version Not In List

I would like to create a JQL query that takes in the following as an argument:

... AND NOT fixVersion ~ ("*-01*", "*-02*" , "*-03*" , "*-04*")

How could I filter for every issue that doesnt contain those wildcard fixed versions?

try "fixVersion not in ("*-01*", "*-02*" , "*-03*" , "*-04*")
