JQL QUERY FOR MIGRATED ISSUES DOESN'T WORK IN STRUCTURE

I have inserted a JQL query in a structure.  The query is close to this:

PROJECT IN ("project name") and issuetype=Epic

This query works in 'search issues' regular query and yields over 10 results.

When applied via structure the query doesn't yield results.  Unless I change the project name to another project.  This means syntax and generation are correct.

One possible hint on why this is not working is that the epics and project in discussion were migrated about a month ago from another project and do not seem accessible in 'structure'.  Does this ring any bell?  tnx

Hello @Ilan Barel ,

David from ALM Works here.

For this it is best to contact our customer support team directly via email support@almworks.com or customer portal support.almworks.com.

When you reach out it will be helpful to know your Jira base url as well as if the Structure was also migrated, but at a different time than the Project.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
David
