My One of the team member write a advance search using JQL query, previously it's working fine but after few day later it's not working can you suggest
Please find the below JQL query :
project = "XXX" AND issue in epicsWhereIssueIn("Status = Open")

hello @SHANAVASH MOHAMED , like John mentioned there has to be a Global Setting which is limiting JQLT functions to selected groups or projects. If you are a Jira Admin, can you goto settings --> Manage Apps --> JQL Tricks Config/ JQL Tricks Function Config and confirm there are no restrictions and if it is to be enabled for all.

I looks like you are using ScriptRunner and an administrator may have disabled that function for this project. You need to take a look at the list of projects that ScriptRunner is allowed to access.

@John Funk Thanks for immediate response, We don't have script runner plugin we have only JQL Tricks Plugin i verified there is no restriction configured. But still i'm facing the same issue.

Sorry, yes, it is the JQL Tricks plug in. If you go to Manage Apps and select that app and still see no restrictions there, you should open a support ticket with JQL Tricks.
