JQL Query - Parent ticket closed but linked issues is not closed

In Jira I need to query like, If the parent ticket in the project A has closed but the linked issues in the project B has not closed. I need a JQL Query to filter all those tickets.

Not aware if this is an out of the box JQL solution. You may need to get an app that enhances your query to get there. See this post:
