JQL Question contains linkeissuetype description

I want to export csv file with the all issuelinktype related with parent issue with description from parent issue and linked issue.

Is possible?

You will need to use an app for that I think, you can have a look to Xporter for JIRA or Better Excel.

You will have to reach out to your JIRA Admin to know if you have them, then have a look to the documentation. 

In case you do not have them it will depends on the internal process you have to acquire apps, maybe there is no new app that can be added so you will not be able to do it.
