JQL Swimlane > Compass tag

I used to have a custom component for my sprint's swimlanes.

Since yesterday, I have been trying to use Compass, which imported a lot of components from my GitLab repository.

Now, I have 30 small components, and I want to group them in the same swimlane without having to use 29 "OR component = ..." statements.

Is it possible to group components together in Compass and then use a JQL request for them in the swimlane (or with the component tag field)?

Hi @matthieu Herdegen and welcome to the Community!

I don't think this is possible (yet). Compass is a brand new product and the integration in Jira Software is - well - pretty new as well.

This announcement post gives more content about the feature set - the described roll-out has just completed about 2 weeks ago, so Compass components are just available across all Jira Software customers. While the post also mentions that a.o. automation is not available yet, further development will take place. There is a link to provide feedback there as well, so it might be worth sharing your suggestion with the team through that link.
