JQL formula doesn't match filter results

Hi, I wrote a JQL formula that is supposed to not include issues with Resolutions Done but as you will see in the screenshots the search results also include them.

Maybe I'm not considering or including something important. 

Please advice.

Hi @Javier Castelblanco Diaz 

please put brackets around your "or" parts - that might be the problem:

project = ... and (assignee = ... or reporter = ...) and resolution != ...  and ...

Hi @Thomas Schlegel , thanks for responding fast.  I follow your suggestions but now is all empty including the ones that are undone.

Please try "(resolution != Done or resolution is empty)"

I think "resolution != Done" returns all the issues with another resolution than done but not the issues without a resolution
