JQL query for identifying the username of recent transitioned

Can we identify the recent transitioned username of a issue through JQL query.

You can add a "Last Updater / Commenter" column to your result grid, which could be the last person to transition the issue, or it could also simply be the last person to edit or add a comment. That may be "good enough" for what you seek, though.

You can not identify the recent transitioned username by JQL. 

You would need an app for it.
