I would like to have a query where the card color is customized based on the fix version status. If the fixversion contains the word "task" to be a specific color and if the fixversion contains the word "Release" to be another color. The type for each card will be the same.

Hi Karen,

I'm a little curious as to why you're using words like "task" and "release" in the fixVersion. Maybe labels are more suited to this?

Anyway, it appears colouring cards based on version and wildcard text, e.g. fixVersions ~ "task" isn't possible at the moment in Cloud.

Jira 7.9 shipped with wildcard functionality a little while back (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-24152), but it appears that the corresponding cloud feature is open - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-24152.

Let us know what you're using versions for and we might be able to help
