JQL query to filter issues that are blocked by.
Current in the sear issue the column "Blocked by" is showing blank which should not be the case

did you try the following ?
issueLinkType = "is blocked by"
Obviously, value depends from your link configuration.

There is no such field "Blocked by", so clarify the field type first.
