JQL query to find timespent on parent+subtask

Hi

Does anyone know of a way to query the timespent on parent issue and subtasks at once?

I am trying to find issues where the parent issue has an X value of Estimated hours and the logged hours with the Include sub-tasks box checked exceeds the original estimate.
