how can i use jql for search all jira project (i have 40 projects) to assigen me ticket

assignee = currentUser() will do the trick for you.

  and  my jql like this?

((status changed to Done after startOfMonth()) OR (status changed to Done after startOfMonth())) AND assignee in ( currentUser() )

Seems valid, too - but restricts your results a bit further - that can be desired, of course. For example by looking for issues that changed status in the current month.

You may surely  use it - does it work for you?
