JQL to retrieve all issues in an Initiative (Jira Server)

Morning

Before I start its probably worth pointing out that I am using Jira Server v8.20.6 at work. I have the latest version of the cloud software for my personal use/learning however my issue is at work.

I've searched for the answer to this question countless times and never found the answer.

This post looked interesting and I was drawn into the comment about Advanced Jira Roadmaps which is used at my workplace however I didn't quite understand the comment about the parent hierarchy.

I have tried issue in childissue of ("HS-0001") and get "No issues were found to match your search".

If there is a method to do this then I would be very grateful to anyone who responds!
