Hi @Rafael Costa 

I don't think there is a JQL function to filter issues according to how many users there are in a user picker field. Instead, you can use Automation to set a number field (hidden)  whenever that field is changed. In this way, you can set the field with the value of how many users there are in the user picker field and use that field in your JQL searches.
