JSD project permissions error

Last week I've changed the permission scheme for the JSD project. Today, the project lead encountered an issue when opening a project.
The permissions in the screenshot were granted to the "Service Desk Customers" role and revoked from the role "Service Desk Team".
All users in the "Service Desk Team" role have licenses for the JSD project.
Please advise what's wrongScreenshot_1.pngScreenshot_2.png?

Customers of a Jira Service Desk project are allowed to have only very limited permissions because they are allowed access without being required to have a user license for your Jira instance. A user license is required for most of the permissions that show in your image as granted to Customers. You need to undo the changes that you made - revert the permission scheme to what it was before.

If you can provide information about what problem you were trying to solve with the changes you made, we might be able to provide you with additional advice.

@Trudy Claspill Thank you for the clarification. It makes sense now. I rolled the changes back.
