JSM_DC: if status = Review I want my 4 custom fields to be set to read-only on no one can edit them. How I can achieve the functionality?

You can block editing of the whole issue with workflow properties, but that doesn't go down to field-level controls - it's all or nothing.

The other thing you could do is move the field edits into the workflow - remove the fields from the edit screen and place them on a transition screen, which you then use in transitions where it is appropriate to change the fields (maybe adding some looped transition to allow people to edit the field - open -> open for example)
