We have Jira premium cloud. We have updated the idle session duration to 20 minutes, which means a session is idle when users don't interact with the product during that period of time. Interactions can be active (a user clicks a button) or passive (an open page auto-refreshes). But JSM Portal users logout automatically after 20 minutes even though they are working. For example, he logs at 4:00 pm, and he is working, he automatically log out at 4:20 PM. Please give the solution to this.
