Are you using Jira Server or Cloud?

Hi,

we face the same problem: in edit mode, Japanese characters are displayed correctly, on the published mode they show as ???.

We use Confluence Data Center 7.14.2, the test user has switched his Conflunence user profile to Japanese.

Help is very much appreciated.
