Java access to Jira

Is there a more detailed documentation on integrating Java into Jira, such as detailed POM files and API interface demonstrations for connecting to Jira? I want to establish a new project to connect Jira's Java services, in order to obtain the relevant documents and project progress of the project in Jira. And JDK 21。 thanks
