Got some reports from users that the got a JavaScript Load Error on

https://id.atlassian.com/join/user-access

for

https://identity-common-frontend.prod-east.frontend.public.atl-paas.net

in Edge. Users had to reload the page multiple times to resolve the issue, with any configuration change. Does this indicate an issue on backend side at Atlassian?
