Jelly set customs field into a Service

Hello, I just writing a service that execute a workflow transtition, but I have in this scheme obligatory customs fields. Could you help me? If possible to set Jelly customs fields issue with any value?

To me it looks like setting custom field values in jelly is only possible using a third party plugin. Please check this: http://minyaa.net/documentation/latest/Features/ModuleTools/JellyTags.html
