Jenkins site seems to be offline?

Hello All,

We have integrated Jenkins with Jira.But after following all the steps in Jenkins documentation, Jenkins site shows offline.

You need to check the Jenkin side..there is nothing in Jira side.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

After adding the Jira Site URL in jenkins the connection was success. But in Jira it still shows the same error "Jenkins seems to be offline".

I've also added Jenkins ssl certificate to the Jira keystore. I don't see any related errors in the Jira logs

Could you please help me on this.
