Jira 6.0.3 - Broken layout in IE8

Hello

I'm running a Jira setup which I upgraded today from 5.2.7 to 6.0.3. One thing I'm noticing now is that the layout is broken when viewing with Internet Explorer. I have only tested with IE8 so I can't say how it is across versions. I've tested with Chrome and Firefox and then it looks as it should.

The issue is visible in the dashboard view and particularly crippling for us when using Greenhopper and looking at the agile view.

Is this problem known? What can be done about it?

Hi Will,

Internet Explorer 8.0 is not fully supported browser when using JIRA 6.x .. Especailly when using "Compatibily View" option. Please chce if you have this option ON. If you want to avoid UI issue with JIRA the best way is to switch to different browser (Firefox, Chrome).

We had the same problem and the compatibility view was the culprit.
