Jira Access Problem - Cannot start Jira

Cannot start Jira due to to a Plugin issue (From jirasoftware080416103003-stdout.2022-05-03.log):

If I try to start Jira with Plugins disabled (from CMD "start-jira.bat /disablealladdons" it still does not start (from Tomcat window):

Can someone please tell me where to look next

Hi @[deleted] ,

try to clean plugin cache. Please perform the following:

• Shut down JIRA
• Delete the following hidden plugin cache directories:

  JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
  JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
  

• Restart JIRA (These directories will be recreated on JIRA reboot with new plugin cache)

Let me know if it solves your issue.
