Jira Agile has disappeared after upgrading Universal Plugin Manager. It thinks the old Agile license has expired, but we're on the new Jira Software license.

If you cannot rollback the UPM version, my suggestion would be to contact Atlassian Support.

Users like autonomatt have Starter licenses. As such these users cannot create support requests directly to Atlassian select or priority support. Instead for these users, when they visit the https://support.atlassian.com site, their requests are just being posted here to Community again. So it's probably not a great experience for this user as it appears to put him in a loop.

Ah, I was unaware of the Starter Licence. Thanks for making me aware of this @Andy Heinzer, learnt something new today :)
