Jira App giving me "enable cookie" message.

I have a few people that are trying to log into Jira from the Application and they continously get a message on a webpage telling them to enable cookies to access the site. Of course we went into the setting of Safari and enabled cookies for all sites and it still gaves us the same message. Any ideas on how I can get this to work or maybe a workaround?
