Jira Attachment Security

How can it possible to make jira attachments secure? Disabling others to download or to view it.

I mean that only a group should be able to see the attachments, others are not supposed to see the attachments.

Not inside Jira - the security is simple - if you can see an issue, you can see it's attachments, so you can download them (by the way, there's no difference between downloading and viewing - if you can see something in your browser, you have downloaded it. Anyone telling you otherwise is wrong, although there may be some difficulties placed in the way, like DRM)
