Jira Attachments issue

Hello Team

We have migrated the data from Jira Cloud to Jira Server with the help of 'configuration manager' app. Post migration, we have observed that attachments were not being reflected to the issues. The destination Jira server is in Unix server. Attachments were being copied to the desired path and also provided owner permissions to path but still no luck.

Could you please advise with best possible solution.
