Jira Automation with Custom field

Hi All,

I have Jira cloud and Jenkins on AWS, When comment added in Jira, Jenkins jobs runs fine 

But need to run the Jenkins Job on Scheduled time hence created a custom field in Jira and updated in project 
In Jira Automation created rule (1) selected the Issue commented (Rule is run when a new comment is added to an issue.) (2) selected a condition If: matches in Field selected the custom build name and Condition (equals) Date/time " Time of Execution" UTC < Saved and published my new rule" 

Created a new issue with new schedule time, updated the comments in new issue but Job triggers immediately 

Can any one advice the best practice
