Hi All, we have a number of Jira DC projects running some pretty big Automations. However, although we have upped the 'max.processing, time per.day', so that the automations don't get throttled, but we are still experiencing slow performance in the system! The Virtual server that Jira resides on, is barely troubling the CPU, should we just keep increasing the limits until performance is restored?
Current level is 50,000.
Any suggestions as to how we can mitigate this welcome.
Hi Karl, I found this on Atlassian's Jira site: JSDSERVER-13948
I'm not sure if it could be affecting your performance or not.
I would say it might be worth opening a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com) and see if they can assist with a performance issue.
Hope that helps.
Hi Dan, thanks for this. I will log a ticket with Atlassian, and see what they say.
Regards,
Karl.
