I'm hoping someone has some ideas for me here. As I'm sure many teams do, we have multiple teams / pods in our organization and a custom field defined for the Pod Name (that we use for all issues). Each pod has its own sprint board, and we've got a great filter for that sprint board. Everything works great on the backlog view for issue creation and management, but recently, the roadmap view either started to misbehave, or I didn't triple confirm this was the case when I tested the product in the fall (I could swear I did, but support mentions that this should have never worked).
We've filed a feature request for this, but it feels like such a common use case that I'm curious if / how others have solved this to enable 1-click issue creation. Having to select that "Pod" field when the board is already filtered that way is really killing our velocity and ability to easily enter items and use the roadmap view.
Is there a better way or something else folks are aware of to manage this?

In the above, you can see that we are basically using that custom field as the Pod / Team name.
