Jira Boards unable to load in China while, individual tickets are fine.

We are a cross-functional team from different location and my colleague from China is having trouble seeing our team Kanban board. The board is accessible from his side but does not load the cards. 

I found in the community several  performance case in Jira in China so would like to check whether is there any fix or workaround for this case? Thank you all in advance.

Please clear the Caches and check If you have VPN connection..?

Mostly its occurred When you have the multiple VPN connection in Jira.

Thank you for the response, we did clear the cache, history but still failed. User is not using VPN when using JIRA

Could you please check, If anyone working from china..? Is jira running working properly for them..? If yes please followup with your problem user who is not able see the cards and check If he is able to other activity only not able to see the Board cards then there is some permission issues So kindly give him the board and filter permission to see the issues.
