We were using the Bulk Upload Operations to Import Test case with Xray-Jira Integrations and got an Issue. It gave us an option to Delete the Issues from Jira as it had some errors. When we chose Delete, it ended up trashing all new test cards in addition to the story, which was not even linked to it.
Curious to know what would have gone wrong- and if we need to be careful about something specific in future to avoid these mistakes.
