Help please. Some of our tickets does not appear on our Kanban board although they are searchable in Issue Filters. I've already tried clearing the filters and made sure column constraints is set to None. Any advise please?
I've read somewhere about reindexing but it's no longer available on Jira Cloud

In a Kanban board there are two filters defined for the board (board settings -> general). Make sure that your tickets can be select by these filters, if you join this filters with the AND condition.
