Jira Cloud Open in Microsoft Excel broken 11/10/2020

I use Jira's "Open in Microsoft Excel" feature via icon on the Filters page almost daily.  Starting today, It's failing with the following message

Oops!

Something went wrong

I have tried both Brave and Safari browsers. I have tried logout/login.

Followup: My company blocked add on usages in out MS 365.
