Hello. When I attempt to export results from my Jira query/filter, the option to export on current fields from the query does not show up in the drop-down list. All I show available is the "(all fields)" options. Help, please. I cannot find this issue anywhere when searching the Internet.
Hi @Stephen Doggette welcome to the community. I have found if under 'Filters' and use the 'Export' icon (the box with the arrow out the top) you get more options and can Export CSV or Export Excel CSV with 'my defaults'. That should get you want your looking for. Why the export works differently in different places, I don't know. I did find a 'Feedback on new export' Jira ticket JRACLOUD-62115 if you are interested.
You could also ask support (support.atlassian.com) if we're missing something.
Hope that helps.
Hello, @Dan Breyen , and thank you for your response. I am unsure as to what icon you are referring. Apologies.

@Dan Breyen Also, I am unable to figure out how to submit a support request to support.atlassian.com. The only options I get are the community or documentation. This is so frustrating and (unfortunately) the difficulty I always face trying to get any type of Atlassian help.

If I need to open a ticket with support, I go to support.atlassian.com, click the 'Contact' link in the upper right, then select 'Technical Issues and Bugs' from the drop-down. Then pick my product (which is attached to my license and has the appropriate URL listed). I fill out the form and hit submit.
Hope that helps.

@Dan Breyen Hello. Thanks again for your response. It was suggested by another person that:
"Also, to raise a support request, you have to be named as the billing or technical contact on the account that owns your site."
I am looking into that now. I am still unable to export my query/filter results using "current" fields only and not using "all fields". "All fields" are the only options I have. Cheers.

Findings
I have corroborated, and this functionality is missing in the New Issue Navigator. We already reported this situation to our production team in the following ticket:
