I have a automated process which sends a email when a new issue is created, is there a way to also include attachments or a link to access the attachments in this email
For example -> client creates issue by emailing service desk -> issue is created in Jira SD -> email is sent the Team to notify a issue has been created -> if there is a attachment this will also be included in the email to the team
