The Jira Cloud connector was setup in Teams to notify each time a comment was created in any issue in our Jira project.
Starting Monday, August 27, the notifications from Jira Cloud stopped working and we only receive notifications intermittently. Only 5% of notifications are delivered, and they usually take 15 minutes or more from post.
I have removed and readded Jira Cloud, signed out of and back into Jira Cloud, reset the notifications settings in Jira Cloud. After working with our IT Admin, nothing was found in our environment that could be blocking the notifications from being delivered.
