Hi there

We are busy with a migration and have noticed on the test/intermidiate cloud instance that there are some minor UI differences.

I wonder how I can see the 'version' we are at versus the new UI and when it will be rolled out to out instances. See the images as examples - user view and service management queue view.

Note these are on Cloud not Server instances.

Please let me know.

Thank
Yatish

You can’t see the version in cloud. However even if you could what would you do with that information in this situation? You’ve already identified that they are different. I assume your real goal would be to ensure that the two instances are on the same build? Based on this assumption I would recommend you open ticket with Atlassian support and request that your other instance be updated. Moreover there may be a means of ensuring the to stay in sync but that is a question for Atlassian.
