Jira Cloud V8: edit comment privately to a group

When making a comment in a JIRA task, I used to be able to make it private to a group of people and not public. Now with the new version I don't see that drop down in the comments section.

Is there a way to make the comment for a specific group of people and not for the public?

Currently, comment restriction is an open issue
