Jira Cloud extremely slow today

Our Jira Cloud instance is extremely slow today. At first, I thought it was just affecting me, but several users have since reached out expressing similar issues. Page loads are taking 30+ seconds, transitioning issue status takes a long time, etc. 

I have checked Atlassian's status page (https://status.atlassian.com/), but no incidents are showing. 

Is anyone else experiencing slowness issues with Cloud today?

I figured I would check here before opening a ticket with Atlassian.

My instance works fine and I dont encounter any problem at all. Concerning the status page, keep in mind that Atlassian usually (to my knowledge) raises an incident after a while and not at the exact time of the incident. So if there is a problem on there part, they will post in a while.

Best thing to do is to raise a request to Atlassian's support. They'll inform you of any outage.

Thanks for the response Alex. I created a ticket with Atlassian and they were able to correct the problem immediately. Apparently the "database server was experiencing high utilization" which was causing our performance issues. Thanks again for your help!

Never tried it to run fast, it always take 30s+ just to load. I think Atlassian may just not dedicate that many resources on performence
