I am experiencing an issue with the Jira Cloud for Excel addon. Whenever I attempt to use it, I receive the error message: "Must set field 'SiteID' in request." Despite trying various solutions found online, I have not been able to resolve the issue.
Interestingly, the same query works fine on a colleague's PC, suggesting that the problem might be local to my machine or linked to my profile. I am at a loss for what to do next to fix this.

Have you already tried the standard troubleshooting solutions, like using another browser or trying in incognito mode?

Hi @Valerie Knapp , I'm using the addon in a desktop version of Excel. Opening Jira is not an issue.

@Christophe Arnould I had this happen to me on Wednesday. I ended up removing it as an add-in and readding it on Excel. I then shut Excel down and then I was allowed to re-connect to my JIRA Instance
